We have created and continue to develop a very effective business system which ensures that we can support you in successfully growing your business. The system is practical, provides you with the information, the tools and of course a very experienced and respected support team. You are then able to learn the ropes, provide excellent care service to your customers, and build something profitable all with the peace of mind that you are fully supported at each and every step.

We model our management franchise system on real experience, that of running our own highly regarded and profitable care agencies across Wales, this gives us the scope to continuously improve the system as a flexible working model.

What Does A Blue Ribbon Franchise Cost?

The Blue Ribbon management franchise system costs just £28,500 + VAT, which can be paid in stages if necessary. This comprises of an initial deposit of £1000, then 3 instalments. You are only obliged to pay the deposit once you are happy to proceed.

In addition to the franchise package and license cost you will require a minimum capital investment of £25,000. The final figure will be integrated in your business plan, which we will assist you to complete. We have good relations with the better-known High Street banks.

The set up business package for your own defined territory comprises the following elements:

• A comprehensive residential franchise owner course
• On-going training for franchise owners and their staff both at head office and in the franchise owner's offices

• New Windows PC with Microsoft, SAGE and care sector specific software
• Personalised and hosted email addresses and website with CMS
• Complete stationery pack, business forms and promotional materials
• Comprehensive staff training materials including DVDs and manuals
• Initial membership of professional care association
• Assistance with compliance for the regulating authority
• Market research specific to your defined territory
• Licensing rights to a specific own defined territory
• Help in seeking to gain the 'Investors In People' award
