Our reputation is based on our accurate and honest appraisal of the works required and our ability to provide first-class tradesmen to carry out those works. It follows that insurers choose to deal repeatedly with a company delivering such good service, aiding their own policy renewal rate.

Tried and Tested

The company on which the network is based, All Trades (GB) Ltd, was formed in Lancashire in November 2002. During the first two years of operation, the company experienced a cumulative turnover in excess of £3 million.

The founding partners, Keith Roberts, Cliff Whitehead and Michael Gibson, have many years combined experience of the insurance claim generated building repair market. Fully conversant with its business cycle and the importance of solid relationships with the insurance companies, they believe that there is ample opportunity for the All Trades Network to develop its share of the market within the United Kingdom.

From the outset, we treat each new instruction as an opportunity to provide frank, honest advice and are committed to providing an efficient service and good workmanship. Although the insured party is not obliged to accept the insurance company's contractor, most claimants are happy to do so: the tradesmen doing the work are more likely to be skilled and trustworthy and the insurance company will provide a twelve month guarantee on the work.

It is a strong strategic relationship, which All Trades is developing into a national response coverage through franchised partners. To support this, a franchising arm, All Trades (Network) Ltd., was formed in 2004.

ABOUT THE ALL TRADES FRANCHISE

The All Trades opportunity is essentially a hands-on Management Franchise.

It is the Franchisee's role to manage their team and fulfil the needs of the insured parties and the insurance companies.

The earnings potential

Franchisee earnings are largely dependent on individual efforts and tenacity. We have provided some information within this pack, along with an enquiry form. Enquirers will be provided with income projections and other financial details to enable them to discuss the opportunity with their professional advisors.

The start-up costs

Prospective Franchisees will be required to invest £25,000 plus start-up and working capital provision for one franchised territory. A complete breakdown of this investment will be supplied to qualified applicants. Details of the Franchise Package will also be supplied.

Training

We will provide training in all aspects of running an All Trades Franchise. The All Trades Operations Manual, on loan to Franchisees for the duration of their trading licence, outlines our business practices. These skills and procedures, along with determination and an ability to communicate at all levels, are key to a successful All Trades business.

ATOMS

To operate their business Franchisees receive access to ATOMS (All Trades Operating Management Software). This software has been developed to fulfil the specific requirements and needs of All Trades.

Location

We are seeking Franchisees throughout the United Kingdom. We will show prospective Franchisees the importance of territory evaluation.

Legal Agreement

All Trades Franchisees secure the rights to offer our response services in a given territory. These rights and responsibilities are drawn up in the Franchise Agreement, which clearly sets out the roles of both Franchisor and Franchisee.

Branding

As a Franchisee you will trade under the All Trades brand name, image and trading style and benefit from the excellent reputation already attained.
