History

James Whittle set up Aspray with business associate Rob Taylor. Both bring just the right skills and backgrounds to this groundbreaking franchise opportunity. The original business concept came from the basic idea of offering a refurbishment service to the buy-to-let industry. "When a buy-to-let property needs attention - from just simple re-wallpapering, to the installation of a complete new bathroom or kitchen, right up to a total refurbishment - often the landlord hasn't the time or skills to deal with it," explains James. "Aspray franchisees will project manage the entire process for those landlords."

This notion then branched out into the second service provided by Aspray: buildings insurance claims management. Aspray franchisees will deal with domestic buildings insurance claims on behalf of the general public. Not only does it take away the stress and hassle at an already difficult time for property owners but it is also a completely free service to them as the insurance company is billed direct.

As if those two services weren't enough, Aspray also offer a general building service. Often jobs require several different contractors, and an Aspray franchise will take all the hassle out of managing them on behalf of the customer.
