Training and Support

Cartridge World franchisees are supported at every step, and our thorough training and continual support is regularly praised by those who have experienced the programme.

As you would expect of a company with 19 years experience in the industry, the training is of the highest standard. Cartridge World offers a two-week intensive training course to all new franchisees, which will give you the very best start to your new business. You'll receive training in every aspect of the operation and will receive a detailed business operations manual, as well as comprehensive technical manuals and computer software " everything to help you run the business efficiently and successfully. The full programme covers everything you need to know about the technical aspects to the refilling business as well as purchasing and stock control, administration and bookkeeping, and sales and marketing.

As it's essential to get an understanding of the day-to-day operation, the training " like the business itself " is very hands-on, and very rewarding.

Our support does not stop when the store opens for business however. During the first week of business a member of the support team from Cartridge World head office will be present in the store to offer help and advice on the refilling and remanufacturing processes to ensure that the operation is running smoothly.

And it doesn't finish there. Franchisees can call the support staff at head office in Harrogate if they need to help or guidance at any time.

Cartridge World has good working relationships with the majority of high street banks with a view to providing financial support of the franchisee fee. Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest, HSBC and Lloyds have all advanced funds to operating franchisees and will lend up to 70% of the total cost subject to meeting the banks criteria. Our franchise also qualifies under the department of Trade & Industries Loan Guarantee Scheme and up to 70% of the bank loan can be secured using this government-backed facility.
