TRAINING

Training and support are at the core of our continued success.

Our 3 month training and induction programme and our on going mentoring process is aimed at giving you all the required knowledge and skills to manage and operate a successful Filta Group Chemi-Call Plus business.

• Bespoke ChemiTrack on-line business management, stock control, booking and diary system
• Health and Safety
• How to promote and develop a successful business including prospecting, time and territory management and self motivation
• Our target market and how to find it
• Setting your business targets and objectives
• Time and territory management
• Maximising sales through added value
• Sales and presentation techniques
• Taking your business to the next level
• Business planning to include:
• Bookeeping, credit control, stock control, and simple accounting, budgeted P&L projections and sales targets and budgets.

All Franchisees are fully trained at our factory in the North West of England on how to use and demonstrate the full range of chemicals.

The training will also cover the essential techniques in how to promote and sell the product range, covering topics such as

• Features and benefits of the product range to the customer
• The ideal products for each of the target markets
• The unique features of each product against the opposition
• Training with our manufacturers of hand dryers and dispensers covering the operation of the products and how to promote and sell the range of options to the customer
• In field training with existing franchisee to ensure you are confident and competent in providing the highest level of service from day 1
• Pre marketing and business generation in your territory
• 8 week development plan tailored to meet the needs of YOUR business in YOUR territory
• Ongoing mentoring
• 3 monthly business appraisal meetings to ensure that your business grows in a profitable and efficient manner

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO EARN

The actual performance of your Business will depend on your vision, effort, commitment and enthusiasm. There is a vast array of business available to the person with the self motivation to seek these opportunities, with the long term aim of developing a multi vehicle business.

As an indication it is feasible for a motivated and focussed Franchisee to build a single showroom business with a turnover of £150,000 to £200,000 a year, which in turn should generate a net income of £45,000 to £65,000 per year.

COST OF FRANCHISE

The cost of the Franchise is from £16,950 plus VAT (Plus working capital) Finance is available subject to status with the major UK Banks with whom we have strong working relationships.
