The New Perfect Pizza Website
The recently relaunched Perfect Pizza website is designed to be faster and easier for the customer to use. A quality online experience for your customers means higher conversion rates and strong return sales.

A unique element of the new site is the 'Perfect Price Promise'. It now recognises when the customer gets close to qualifying for a deal and tells them how much they could save. If eligible for a discount, it is automatically applied to the basket.

In addition, the ability to create an account means that the site will remember the last five orders the customer placed so they can repeat an order with just a click.

The investment in this great new site has ensured a rapid growth in online sales that will help to ensure Perfect Pizza's future success.

Currently at 17% it is expected that internet sales will account for 25% of our turnover by the end of 2009.

The average order value on the web is now over £18.00 compared to £12.00 via the phone and walk-in purchases.

Market Research
Getting new customers and keeping them is one of Perfect Pizza's key objectives. We pay particular attention to attracting families, younger adults and students. To help us achieve this we carry out extensive market research through mystery shopper campaigns which help us to accurately predict trends. This provides the basis for innovative menu development and speciality pizzas which keep pace with changing tastes.

Purchasing and Delivery System
We operate a centralised purchasing and delivery system from our head office/national distribution centre in Staffordshire. We are able to monitor and maintain product quality, whilst a fleet of state-of-the-art trucks cover the whole country. Each vehicle carries frozen, chilled and ambient produce in separate compartments so we can provide everything each store needs in one delivery.

Operations
This is the most important area of our business lead by our Head of Operations. Our experienced Regional Managers and Trainers are on hand to ensure our franchise owners deliver great pizzas in 30 minutes to their customers. They are also there to support and assist with marketing and everyday matters to ensure profits are maximised.
