Training and Support

We have structured a comprehensive training programme covering every aspect of the business. The objective of the programme is to ensure that every new Franchise Owner has the knowledge to allow him or her to develop a profitable Reload Franchise business through the application of the Franchisor's experience-based marketing, sales and business practices. The training is for duration of either 7 or 9 days, dependent upon the franchise option chosen. Training is based at our Head Office in Glasgow, company locations, and finally completed at your own Franchise location. Course material is based on the Reload Franchise Operations Manual, an extensive handbook detailing our business practices and formulae for success.

What is Included in my franchise fee?

• A five day Franchise Owner training programme in East Kilbride and Glasgow, which includes business operation, sales, shop management and food preparation relevant to the chosen Franchise option
• Up to a further two or four days (depending on option chosen) on-site training at the Franchise Owner's location
• Professional management of your retail shop fit
• An Operations Manual, on loan for your convenience
• A professional launch programme designed to assist you with your initial advertising and promotional efforts
• A stock of marketing materials to support your launch and first month of operation
• An initial supply of consumables, including service items (i.e. cup lids, straws, sleeves and napkins)
• Six sets of corporate clothing
• A presence on the Health Fuel Stop website
• An appropriate licence to operate a Reload Franchise at an exclusive location.
• A complete operational review after one month of trading, followed by quarterly business reviews

What is the Initial Investment Fee?

The average cost for a Reload kiosk is approximately £70,000, if on the other hand you prefer a retail outlet this will be more around the £100,000 figure. This includes all outlet signage and refurbishment costs, along with staff hiring and opening costs.
