Equipped with the latest power-assisted exercise equipment, we provide individualised exercise programmes designed to help our clients achieve their goals—be it inch loss, weight loss, improved mobility or simply looking good and feeling great—all in a fun and relaxed 30 minute workout. Our clients typically see results in weeks rather than months.

What Training is provided?

We will provide training in all aspects of running a Shapeup & Go Fitness Studio Franchise. Franchisees will be taught our proven methods, including how to promote their service to potential members within their chosen location. A fully comprehensive Shapeup & Go Operations Manual, on loan to Franchisees for the duration of their trading licence, outlines our business practices. These skills and procedures, along with determination and an ability to communicate at all levels, are key to a successful Shapeup & Go business.

What do I get for my Franchise Fee?

• A licence to operate a Shapeup & Go Franchise
• An Operations Manual (on loan)
• A full Franchise owner Training Programme for up to two people at the Shapeup & Go training centre at Cheadle, South Manchester, lasting five days
• Three days staff training
• Up to five additional days of staff training and support at your location in the first month's trading
• An initial launch package, including local advertising and PR
• An initial supply of sales/marketing material and business stationery
• IT hardware and software system licences required to operate the business
• A supply of corporate clothing for studio trainers
• Contribution toward the Franchisor's legal costs for the production of the Franchise Agreement
