Training
Training is essential to getting a new franchise off to a good start. Snap-on sees training as a process, not a one-time event. You will be assigned to a Field Group of approximately 10-12 Franchisees, with your initial training covering:- Product Knowledge
- Policies and Procedures
- Sales Training
- Franchisee Computer Sales System
- Credit Programmes
- Record Keeping
- Van Display
Over the following weeks, your Field Manager will accompany you on your route to help train you in the day-to-day aspects of the business. You will continue to be assigned to your Field Group and will attend regular meetings to hear about new products, sales aids, promotions and sales programmes. Working with your Field Manager is like having your own personal trainer!
