A Night To Remember For thebestof
May 24 2013 saw thebestof superstar franchisees come together, to learn, celebrate and discover exciting new tools to aid them in helping their business members.
The theme of the day was all about how thebestof can stand out from the crowd and CEO and founder of thebestof, Nigel Botterill, set the scene for what was certainly one of the most important days in thebestof calendar. The theme of the morning was all about standing out from the crowd. Of course this is easier said than done. Over the last eight years thebestof team have learnt a lot. Most importantly that happy customers stick. This meant the focus of the morning was on delivering first rate customer service.
After all people buy people and the personalities of thebestof franchisees are their true strength. To inspire everyone with this message, Doctor Jez Rose… Behaviour changer... After a lively, educational and truly entertaining talk, Michelle Downey, Head of thebestof, launched 'The Achievers Club'. This select group recognises those franchisees who have excelled during the previous 12 months.
The afternoon was full of exciting new content and tools for the franchisees as well as a detailed talk on facebook ads by expert Thom Smith.
As day became evening it was time to celebrate...
thebestof franchisees invited their business members to come and celebrate their achievements. This included prize giving for those businesses that had succeeded in the 14 Days of Love Campaign. There was dancing, good food and a fair few drinks as franchisees, thebestof HQ staff and business members well and truly had a ball.
