Lettings and estate agency franchise opportunity using the very well established Bairstow Eves Countrywide brand, part of the Countrywide Group plc. Franchise owners develop and operate their own lettings and estate agency business using the brand, knowledge, training and systems of the franchisor.

Training Provided:
A 30-day training programme is provided to all new Bairstow Eves franchise owners and staff, equipping newcomers to the estate agency and lettings franchise with the knowledge they require to run a successful property service business.
Training Location:
Sales and lettings training courses are delivered at the national training centre in Buckinghamshire. Additional training courses are held in regional locations around the UK throughout the year.
Support Services:
Franchise owners receive ongoing support and advice from the franchising team based at Milton Keynes and from dedicated field based Franchise Support Managers. The franchise system includes a range of procurement, marketing and operational tools.
