Bluebird Care retains its position in the franchise world
The UK is filled with franchise businesses. Franchises are popular as they can be hugely beneficial in business terms. They are also much easier to set up than if you were to start your own business from scratch. In a competitive franchise market, Bluebird Care has managed to hold on to its position. They are the UK’s fastest growing provider of care at home. Bluebird has a group turnover of approximately £12 million. These figures were revealed at Bluebird’s annual conference in November.
‘Ahead and Staying Ahead’ was the theme of the annual conference held this year. This company based in Hampshire, accounted a growth in turnover from £600,000 in March 2007 to £12 million in November 2009. In order to celebrate their success, Bluebird Care celebrated their achievement and awarded people who put in outstanding effort. 74 delegates were invited to the event which was held at the Marriot Hotel and Country Club, at the Forest of Arden in Warwickshire.
Many awards were presented by the managing director of Bluebird Care, Paul Tarsey. These awards were given out to acknowledge the achievements of people who have thrived to make business successful during economic times. Awards were also given out to the best newcomer.
