Bluebird cares, not just about the award though

With an increase in the number of its franchises and the amount of care being provided to its customers throughout the UK, Bluebird Care has grown tremendously and has also moved to a new head office. With an increase in franchisees and training staff, it is evident that Bluebird Care concentrates on and loves its franchisees. Recently, they have won the Franchise Recruitment Team of the Year award, beating several strong contenders and Simon Dalziel, the franchise director, was delighted at the efforts paying off.

Televised success Recently, BBC’s Working Lunch interviewed the team at Bluebird Care head office regarding the ageing population and its impact on care services in the UK. Franchisees were also interviewed on training procedures and other events conducted at the head office.

New head office Bluebird now has a new head office. Director, Lisa Tarsey, explained saying that the new move has pleased her a lot for they had far outgrown their earlier office and needed a larger training area.

Success According to Simon Dalziel, Bluebird Care continues to succeed because of the in-depth and first hand experience that they possess in the fields of care as well as franchising. According to him, the recruitment and training network that they have is the reason behind their success.

The Bluebird Care Network With a total of 35 franchisees, the network stretches from Scotland to the Republic of Ireland to the south coasts of England.
