The Cafe Nino franchise offers you a unique opportunity to enter the coffee sector and become a 'coffee champion' enjoying the 'Italian food traditions'. Café Nino follows a consultative form of leadership and franchise owners are kept informed and partake in many decision-making processes.

We have great pride in our business here at Café Nino and wish to open new stores that produce a high return on investment, providing great service and quality food and coffee. The way we can achieve this is to build strong relationships with our suppliers and franchise owners.

In order to achieve this, we have developed a franchise opportunity covering all aspects of the process from site location and set up, through to menu development and training.

Marketing

We provide both national and local marketing for Café Nino franchise owners. The local marketing will be bespoke to suit the store and area. This will be in the weeks leading up to the opening of the store, and for a period of at least six weeks after opening.

The Concepts

Nino's (full concept)

Whilst we try avoid the term restaurant and prefer meeting place or coffee house, the full concept is often viewed as a more restaurant based option. Here we provide you with more than just a coffee and a toasty. Here we have a full kitchen with and extensive menu. It is by its very nature the most expensive offering, with an expected investment level up to £350,000 + VAT. Size: 250sqm plus.

Café Nino

Less emphasis on food with a smaller kitchen with more focus on the coffee.

The expected investment level is between £100,000 - £250,000 + VAT. Size: +/- 100-150sqm.

Nino's Express

The name says it all. Perfect for areas where speed and convenience is often more important than a social environment. Perfect for small spaces, train stations, mobile catering units etc. The investment level for a mobile unit is from £30,000 - £50,000 + VAT and the shop is approx. £100,000 + VAT. Size: +/- 50sqm.

Please note that all stores vary as well as the setup there of. Some cost will go down, some up.

Training

Our training covers all the bases. The idea is to ensure that even new and inexperienced franchise owners are able to open a store. We will insure that both you and your staff are able to deliver an unforgettable customer experience. Our tried and tested methods will ensure a rapid learning curve as well as peace of mind.

Support

Pre-opening: Assistance and advice on staff recruitment and training, marketing. All our training materials and intellectual property are made available.

Launch: We maintain a presence to ensure that the opening runs smoothly. We will be on hand to help deal with issues or challenges that might arise including providing additional staff to assist.

Post Launch: Evaluate store performance, marketing support, financial analysis (ensuring margins are maintained or improved), additional training where required.

Training covers: Food preparation, coffee, staff management, front of house training for all staff including baristas, managers, waiters, supervisors, health and safety etc.
