Caremark’s new service provider attains highest rating from CQC

One of the franchises for home care provider Caremark has received a quality rating this month from the CQC and it is a 2 star. Caremark for Redcar and Cleveland received the Good Service rating and is said to be the highest possible earned in their very first inspection.

The report that came from the CQC inspection included a number of positive comments from staff and customers. One particular note said that the firm was a good one that was dedicated and organised and showed concern for their staff. Another health care professional stated that the company’s staff behave in a manner that shows respect for the dignity and privacy of clients.

Managing director, Charles Folkes, who began trading in April this year, said that he was extremely delighted with the rating he received. He claimed that getting a 2 star rating for good service was an excellent boost to the business. The credit went to the staff at the franchise outlet who have worked extremely hard to execute the high quality systems and provide the highest care standards to customers.

Caremark’s Redcar and Cleveland franchise outlet is one of the 50 different offices that has been operating all over Ireland and the UK.
