Caremark Regional Support Manager Invests In Own Franchise
Phil Mason, Regional Support Manager at Caremark, has recently purchased the Caremark Nottinghamshire territory of Mansfield.
Mason has worked for Caremark since early 2013 as Regional Support Manager for the North East. Through working with franchisees on a daily basis, he has seen the benefits of owning a Caremark franchise first-hand. Phil has used his expertise to support them to grow and develop their business in their individual territories.
At the beginning of June, Phil and his partner, Sarah Massey, purchased the Mansfield territory and are looking forward to bringing high quality home care and support to the local area.
When asked about their new venture, Massey commented: “When Phil began working for Caremark it quickly became apparent how much he valued the Caremark system. I too, was quickly convinced that Caremark was the route we follow.
“Now a few months down the line, our vision has become a reality and as well as the excitement of starting our own business, we also have an opportunity to put something back into the community I grew up in.”
Upon purchasing Caremark (Mansfield), Massey completed Caremark’s Initial Franchisee Training course, helmed by National Training Manager Lynda Goldsmith. The pair are now in the process of applying for registration with the Care Quality Commission.
Mason will remain in his current role, continuing to support franchisees in the North East while Sarah focuses on the setup of their new business, providing care and support to adults and older people in the Mansfield area.
