Dan Pennington – Century 21 Liverpool South

After researching Century 21 UK, and looking into the brand’s worldwide presence, it was apparent it was a massive global company with a big brand image. We wanted to hit the ground running and with this kind of global awareness and big identity, so Century 21 seemed the right fit.

Despite opening a franchise, this very much feels like our business; with the help and experience of the franchisor, we feel we can have a major impact quickly on the Liverpool area. We also want to pioneer the growth in the North West of England and open a number of branches in Merseyside over the coming years; this would be more difficult as an independent.

There is also the added advantage of the relationship with Shepherd Direct, which aside from marketing and training resource, will also allow us to access a large number of existing rental properties in the Liverpool area. This will provide a big impact over a short period of time and will really give us some great exposure as we grow in our first year.

Paul Corcut – Century 21 Westminster

The Century 21 system has over 7,100 independently owned and operated offices with over 100,000 sales professionals in 74 countries worldwide. Being part of the Century 21 system means belonging to the largest estate agency referral network in the world. This will be very important for the new business of Century 21 Westminster as there will be many overseas companies and individuals seeking to buy, sell and let and rent properties and a high call for property management services in the Westminster district.

Dan McManus – Century 21 Cambuslang

2012 was a great year for us and we continue to be an agent of choice for sales and rental transactions in my local and surrounding area. In addition, I have been appointed onto the panel for a high-street lender and this means regular referrals of corporate and residential repossessions. This has helped me get involved in property transactions right across central Scotland and provides an exciting foundation to build my business further in the coming years. In 2012, I took on two further associates due to our increase in business volumes and I now have seven in my team at Century 21 Cambuslang.

Caroline Morrison – Century 21 Airdrie & Coatbridge

I am really pleased with the last 12 months and have found our business growing dramatically for both sales and rental properties. Despite coming into this industry with no previous experience, I have found myself constantly in demand and in the last year, I have been involved in the sale of two property portfolios and the management of a rental portfolio. I never expected to be doing this type of business so early in my career and I am regularly finding customers who choose me because they have been so disappointed with the service they have received in the past from traditional agents. In the next 12 months, our business will continue to grow and I am looking to double the number of associates in our office.
