Our Training and Induction Package
If you are awarded a franchise we go well beyond our two- week initial training course to help our franchise partners get the best possible start. We follow up that residential fortnight with ‘in the field’ activity. Our extensive support programme helps you learn as you go, review points learnt in the residential sessions and most importantly helps you win actual customers.
Following this intensive business training our support managers will help, advise and quite literally sit alongside you during our unique “Kick Start” programme. Including a series of visits, this activity is designed to hone your practical skills and underpin the knowledge already gained. This no-nonsense training is designed to give you the confidence and ability to run your business with self belief and assurance from the start.
Once your business is up and running you can look to our head office and regional support teams for help and advice. Each year you will have access to numerous courses to help you advance your insight and understanding at a pace that suits you, however, successful franchise owners will tell you that following the system of regular training and development is a key to success.
New product introductions are supported with support materials and training, as well as information changes in legislation that will affect customers. Other innovations and methodologies are regularly highlighted and advised upon via our head office. All this helps you be a respected ‘expert’ in the eyes of your customers rather than ‘just another supplier’.
