ChipsAway celebrates 15 years of success with gala dinner

ChipsAway International, the leading franchisor in automotive paintwork repair, recently held a gala dinner to celebrate 15 years of the company’s success since it was first started. During the event, the company recognised and rewarded its franchisees for their achievements that have played a part in the success of the company. Master franchisors from all over the world attended the celebrations along with about 300 franchisees from the UK.

Lloyd Evans, Chief Executive of ChipsAway said that the event was an important day in the company’s 2010 calendar. This is because in addition to presenting top performing franchisees with awards, several major marketing initiatives were announced. Among the winners were Steve Ide (Business Developer of the Year), Ian Whitlock (Newcomer of the Year) and Anatol Poyer-Sleeman (Franchisee of the Year).

Evans also said that he was excited to announce Vicki Butler-Henderson as the new face of ChipsAway for this year. The popular Fifth Gear presenter who presented the awards to winning franchisees will also be promoting a brand new corporate DVD. Lloyd added that he was proud of what the franchising company has achieved in the last 15 years and realised that hard working franchisees were the heart of this success.

The company also announced its support for Help for Heroes, which is to become the company’s chosen charity for this year.
