Training and Support
Schmidt will assist you to become a professional in your new job by providing four weeks fully comprehensive training programme. This training will enable you to acquire the required skills to perform efficiently in your new role. At the end of the training, you and your team will:- have a great product knowledge
- feel comfortable in applying Schmidt's sales techniques
- know how to design kitchens with our CAD design software
- be able to confidently use reporting and management software tools

Independent, yes. But not on your own!
Schmidt is at your side on a daily basis in assisting you with the success of your showroom. You will get support from various departments; you will get marketing advice, I.T support, sales support, recommendations with regards to your showroom layout...In addition to this, you will be liaising on a regular basis with the Expansion Manager until your Schmidt showroom opens, then the Area Manager will take over from this point and will provide on-going support by meeting with you on a regular basis. Our team will assist you with:
- defining the catchment area
- searching for premises in the right location
- setting up the financing plan
- recruiting Kitchen Design Consultants
- providing a fully comprehensive training programme
- increasing your turnover and the profitability of your showroom
- managing your team

Financing

Schmidt works with a communication and PR agency in the UK enabling us to have several press releases every month in magazines such as Beautiful Kitchens, KBB, Essential KBB and En Voyage.In collaboration with you, we will put in place promotional campaigns and provide you with all the necessary tools to have a great impact. We also put in place incentivised promotions to motivate Kitchen Design Consultants.
Finally we will schedule direct marketing and email marketing campaigns throughout the year.
