Domino’s Pizza manager secures prestigious award

If you have decided to go into the franchising industry, then one thing that you will notice about it is the fact that there is a lot of encouragement and support offered by franchisors.

Unlike with a normal business, you will always have the support of the franchisor behind you and this can make your work life a lot more enjoyable as you will receive the recognition that you deserve.

That is what has happened to Steve Cubitt who runs a Domino’s Pizza franchise in Manchester. He has been named as the International Manager of the Year because of his high standards and exceptional performance. And he was given this title, despite being up against 9000 Domino’s managers from across 60 countries.

The manager is not stopping there though because his next plan is to open his store which is in Manchester city centre, 24 hours a day. This will be the first Domino’s shop to be open around the clock.

Steve is now the proud owner of a huge trophy to signify his hard work over the 15 years that he has been with the franchise. Steve has put his success down to the fact that the training scheme within the franchise is really impressive and allows staff to move up within the company.
