Dooley joins IFA and announces expansion plans

Dooley Auctioneers was launched in 1995 and has now established itself as one of the East Coast’s leading property firms, with various offices located in Bray, Greystones, Delgany, Dun Laoghaire, Clondalkin and most recently Moycullen, Co. Galway.

While aiming to achieve the possible prices for their clients, Dooley Auctioneers does not compromise on an efficient and effective service. A full member of the Irish Franchise Association, Dooley Auctioneers has now planned to launch 40 more estate agents in the coming 5 years.

In anticipation of its expansion, Dooley, as an experienced franchisor, has developed a support package to help its franchisees; which includes an operation manual, comprehensive training, marketing advice and also branding support. According to Gabriel Dooley, the Founder and Managing Director, as the fall in the property prices is making independent operators reassess their business.  The Dooley Franchise is, on the other hand, providing a tried and tested business model that helps them to combat the recession and economic problems.

He adds to this by saying that they established their own business in the middle of last year’s economic slump and yet, it proved to be a successful venture.  As they are the first franchisor in their industry to have a fully developed and operational business format they are excited to bring this opportunity to the Irish estate agency sector too.
