  3. CEOportal, an innovative web-based platform developed in collaboration with Warwick University. With software modules for Lean Thinking, Strategic Sourcing and Continuous Improvement, it has saved clients millions. For example, Computer 2000 saved more than £1.3 million, dabs.com £500,000 and TNT UK £180,000.

Our Strategy

We deliver iCEO solutions to clients across the public and private sector and are now building a select network of Associate Consulting Partners to share in this success. And because we know what it takes to succeed, we want people with the right skills and drive to succeed. The ideal profile we are looking for includes;
  • A strong background in Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Marketing, or general Business Management.
  • A clear understanding of business drivers and strategic issues in the Public or Private sector.
  • Drive and determination to learn, work intelligently and promote a professional attitude with clients.

When you become an EPI Associate Consulting Partner, we provide expert help to get your business started as fast as possible through training and a personalised client acquisition programme.

Training

Through a combination of presentations, case studies and hands-on workshops, we teach you theory combined with real-world practical experience. You will understand the background of Strategic Sourcing, Lean Thinking and Continuous Improvement Planning. You will become adept at using and demonstrating CEOportal software. You will also learn how to use best practice templates, proposals, presentations, case studies and a full set of marketing materials to win client confidence and secure business.

Fast start

The hardest part of running a consulting business is creating and maintaining a client acquisition pipeline. Knowing that, we have created EPIAccelerator, a personalised programme that helps identify prospective clients, create compelling messages to attract their attention and then to secure an initial meeting. We then coach you how to qualify the opportunity, present your proposition and win the client engagement. We will also work with you on the first few clients and there are many collaboration opportunities with us and our network of Associate Consulting Partners.

How Much Can You Earn?

That really depends on you but we enable you to earn from multiple income streams.
  • If you provide consulting and training on a daily rate basis, you can make more than £100,000 a year.
  • If you use our GainShare model (where you share 50% of the savings made) you can generate significantly more. This is the model EPI Managing Director Nick Close used to make more than one million pounds over a two year period.
  • You will also earn 35% of the value of client subscriptions to CEOportal. With multiple clients this can be significant and it will be paid as long as the client subscribes.
And because you pay no service fees, you keep 100% of the income you generate.

The annual membership charge for an EPI Associate Consulting Partner is £12,000; this includes full access to the EPI SaaS platform and software services, use of the consulting methodology and access to the Associate Partner Network (for joint venture consulting assignments). Training is provided by EPI, for which there is a charge, but each training programme is personalised for each individual Associate.
