FiltaFry Plus franchise owner Peter Neale shares his experience

Tired with his life in the fast lane, Peter Neale, Logistics Manager for Formula One team McLaren started looking to move into self-employment as it would give him more time to spend some quality time with his family. Among all the available alternatives, franchising appealed to be the best option for owning a business without any need of having prior experience of the industry.

Peter said that the fact that you work on a weekly repeat business basis of FiltaFry Plus really appealed to him. Also, with the help of FiltaFry Plus, his customers are able to save their money, which helps to draw business when the economy is weak. When Peter started his business in August, he was the tenth FiltaFry Plus franchise owner to start this year.

He further added that he took training for a week in the head office and additional field training for a week, where he went out with other FiltaFry Plus franchise owners. When he launched his franchise, a Business Development Manager from FiltaFry Plus came to his territory to help and his head office has been in regular contact.

When Peter first started trading, he was able to hit the ground operation as FiltaFry Plus customers were already present in his territory. From then, he built up a customer base by knocking on doors and through strong recommendations. Peter said that his business works on usual repeat customer basis, which he really enjoys as he is able to build up a good relationship with his clients.
