Franchise consultancy group announces client of the year

ERA, familiar to all in the franchising industry as Expense Reduction Analysts, announced its Employee of the Year for 2009. Working as a management consultant prior to joining ERA through a franchising exhibition, Andrew Brackenbury became the Employee of the Year for the ERA. He also worked as an Account Director, whose job was to manage client relationships. Given his expertise from the world of management consultancy, he found the kind of work, being done at ERA simple. He also stated that after spending years in management consultancy, he got the kind of flexibility he wanted over at ERA.

In response to the award bestowed upon him, Andrew said that it felt nice to be recognised among his peers. He was pleased, astonished and proud to be announced the recipient of the Employee of the Year 2009, as his predecessors who laid claim to this award before him were of a very high standard.

He was also happy that he managed to get this award after spending a period of less than three years with the network. He said in favour of ERA that the esprit de corps of the company was that of openness and trust. His fellow associates and group heads have been extremely trustworthy and offered him help whenever he needed it.
