By selling just three loans per month working part time you can earn up to and in excess of £23,000. (£758* average commission per loan).

Level 2 Franchise Package £5,495 + VAT

Our intermediate package is designed for people who want to commit more time to the franchise proposition, as well as receiving your allocation of real time leads each month you will have access to our daily delivery of loan enquiries at a minimal price, this will enable you to talk to more potential customers who have expressed an interest in a loan within the last 24 to 72 hours. The benefits of this package include:

• guaranteed real time leads every month
• 50% commission on all mortgages, re-mortgages, buy to let & secured loans
• 35% commission on all bridging loans & commercial mortgages
• access to additional leads at low cost
• three of your own websites, business telephone number and e-mail account

By only selling six loans per month you can earn up to and in excess of £65,000. (£979* average commission per loan).

Level 3 Franchise Package £8,495 + VAT

Our top package is designed for people who want to maximise their income, as well as receiving your allocation of real time leads each month you will have access to our daily delivery of loan enquiries free of charge, this will enable you to talk to more potential customers who have expressed an interest in a loan within the last 24 to 72 hours. The benefits of this package include:

• guaranteed real time leads every month
• 60% commission on all mortgages, re-mortgages, buy to let & secured loans
• 45% commission on all bridging loans & commercial mortgages
• access to additional leads at no cost
• four of your own websites, business telephone number and e-mail account

By only selling six loans per month you can earn up to and in excess of £81,000. (£1200*average commission per loan). *dependent on the loan advance
