Gateway Homes is one of the UK's leading house buying companies. Since 2001, we have helped hundreds of motivated vendors release the cash tied up in their homes. We are able to buy property BMV (below market value) and source an abundance of motivated sellers via our regional and national marketing.

We have expanded rapidly over the last few years, especially during the 'credit crunch' period where a lot of our competitors ceased trading, however we have recruited more staff to meet demand. We have since recognised that to meet demand further and to increase our coverage across the UK, we needed to franchise the business.

The franchise model was set up in January 2010 and we made 60 territories available across England and Wales. These territories were snapped up within a very short timescale.
