Home Instead Top Fantastic Award-Winning Year With Best Franchise Award

Home Instead Senior Care Best Franchise winner Ruth Brown (l), Richard Holden (Lloyds Bank Commercial) and Martin Jones (r) Home Instead Senior Care, has topped an award winning year, receiving the overall accolade of Best Franchise at the Smith & Henderson, 2013 Best Franchise Awards held in Birmingham, as well as being recognised for achieving 5 star franchisee satisfaction. Franchisees were invited to provide anonymous feedback about their franchise ownership experience and rate the training and support provided by their franchisor. The top franchisors were then shortlisted and required to make a presentation to the panel of five expert judges.

The company is going from strength to strength and has been recognised throughout the year not only for their success in the franchise sector but also for the quality of care they provide. Earlier this year, Home Instead were crowned the bfa gold Franchisor of the Year and were revealed as England’s no. 1 home care provider in a report from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson.

Commenting on winning Best Franchise, Martin Jones, COO at Home Instead, said: “We are delighted to be the recipients of this award and to be acknowledged as industry leaders, especially as these awards are based on the satisfaction feedback from our franchisees, combined with the opinion of an expert panel of judges. At Home Instead we understand the value of our teams, both at national office and those in our franchise offices, working together supporting each other in making Home Instead such a success story.”

Richard Holden, Head of Franchising at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said: “The entrants to this year’s Best Franchise Awards were exceptionally strong and the finalists really are the cream of UK franchising. It came as no surprise to me and my fellow judges that the brands which presented at the judging day are so successful, which is largely down to the focus they provide in supporting and nurturing their franchisees. Congratulations to all the finalists and winners who have demonstrated why franchising can be an exceptionally successful development model.“
