Incredible Dream Doors deal sets new industry standards
Dream Doors, the biggest kitchen facelift franchise in the UK, has recently announced major changes in its management service (MS) fee. In a move to promote sales, the MS fee has been spread out to reward high returns.
Troy Tappenden, the managing director and founder of Dream Doors said that this latest deal adds thousands of pounds to their top performing franchisees. The franchisees who continue to push themselves every year and help Dream Doors to grow quickly can see a 20 percent rise in their income as a result of this latest initiative. Troy said that this move is a great incentive for their active franchisees, and will also give confidence to new franchisees who join Dream Doors.
By now, six well-experienced Dream Door franchisees –ones who have been with Dream Doors for many years – have exceeded the £400,000 mark and are gaining from this latest scheme. Troy said that the present MS fee of Dream Doors is calculated as a fraction of the turnover of franchisees. For those who sell around £275,000 of kitchen facelifts and kitchens, the MS fee is set to 9.2 percent.
Once this initial standard is hit, the MS fee drops down to 6.2 percent of the income secured over £275,000. For sales beyond £400,000, the MS fee is just 4.2 percent, which is well below the present market standard of 12 percent for the majority of franchises.
