Potential Earnings

Potential earnings can be lucrative for those that are willing to work hard to help provide the best level of customer service possible. In year 1 you should recover your initial investment and in year 2 you should earn between £25K and £30K. In year 3 this should rise to £40K to £50K. Thereafter you should be able to maintain this income stream and grow it further. You are building a business with a growing portfolio of customers and so you are also increasing the potential value of your business and you should ultimately be able to sell your business for the equivalent of two months turnover. Based on the figures above this would be around about £50K after three years of successful development work. It is estimated that your £10,000 investment could earn you £250K over the six year term of your licence including the final resale value.

The Kendlebell Way

The 'Kendlebell Way' is to provide a highly personal level of service. This is done by ensuring that each client is serviced by a team of PA's working side by side in an office where the atmosphere is friendly and professional. Each of the offices is run by one of the Operational Franchisees. This means they employ the staff who actually answer the calls and generally look after the clients. They have all the necessary computer and telephony equipment needed to provide the service. Their resource is your resource. Your clients will be serviced by one or other of these offices. Your primary role is a sales one.

The role of the Sales & Management Franchisee

You will work closely with one or more of our current Operational Franchisees. It is their spare capacity that you are using for your customers benefit. You will need to pay them for the services they provide but all the earnings figures quoted above include all outgoings that you will be responsible for. They also include payment of the monthly Management Service Fee of 10% to Kendlebell Head Office. You have very low overheads. The Operational Franchisee has to provide the office space and the staff and the equipment that is needed to deliver the service on your behalf. This is a significant investment that you will not have to undertake.

In time You may Choose to Become an Operational Franchisee.

The long term options

You will be granted a licence for SIX years. You will be allocated a defined territory. As you build your portfolio of customers you may choose to become an Operational Franchisee. This would then enable you to service your own clients from your own offices using your own staff and equipment. Before you do this you would need to complete a further program of training and pay an additional Franchise Fee. Depending on the number of clients you have we recommend that the transfer of the responsibility for servicing these clients be phased over a three or four month period. If you are happy with your role as a Sales and Management Franchisee without the need of offices, staff or equipment, then you can continue in that role for the full term. We appreciate that some people prefer to run a business of this type and we are happy to accommodate you.
