Minster Cleaning Services was established in 1982 and is a full member of the British Franchise Association. Minster provides an essential business-to-business (B2B) service – the management of office cleaning and allied support services under contract. Each contract is self-contained and managed by one or more of the 41 franchised branches nationwide.

Minster states that their management franchise offers a genuine chance to run a secure, large, and profitable business by adopting their tried and tested business model. Nearly a fifth of Minster’s franchised outlets have an annual turnover of more than £1 million, with average branch turnover in excess of £700,000.

The Franchise Resale Opportunity

The Hertfordshire branch was establish over 12 years ago. In the past six years since it has been under the ownership of the current owner turnover has grown steadily by 33 per cent from £450,000 to £600,000.

The company currently has approximately 80 employees, many of who are employed on a part-time basis. The key staff employed includes a part-time Office Manager, full-time Supervisor, part-time Supervisor, part-time Accounts Clerk and a full-time Relief Cleaner.
