New franchise sales head for Kall Kwik and Prontaprint

ODC – On Demand Communication - has appointed Caroline Joyce as their new head of franchise sales for Kall Kwik and Prontaprint. Caroline Joyce’s role will be to oversee the entire franchise sale process for both the brands from planning, recruiting and selecting of the franchisees to the management.

Caroline has 18 years of experience in the franchise business and 9 of those are at Prontaprint brand. She is well equipped for her new role as a head of franchise sales. Caroline Joyce joined Prontaprint brand in 1999. Since then, she has helped in creating a training and development programme. She held the position of head of HR and training for both Prontaprint and Kall Kwik and also as a franchise development manager for Kall Kwik.

According to Caroline, she has always maintained an enthusiastic interest in franchising that led her to embark on a fulfilling and fast paced career with Kall Kwik and Prontaprint. Caroline is now looking forward to the new challenging role that will bring working across both the companies to develop an effective franchise sales strategy with support of the wider team.

Kealan Lennon, chief executive of ODC said that the franchise sales functions are crucial part of both Kall Kwik and Prontaprint brands.
