We pride ourselves on delivering great food and great coffee at - you guessed it - great prices, all with fast, friendly service. Our range of freshly prepared hot and cold food and drinks is available to eat in or take away and includes:

• hot and cold breakfasts
• a range of Fairtrade coffees and iced frappés served by our trained Baristas
• sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, Paninis and salads, made every day in our own kitchens from fresh, quality ingredients
• soups, jacket potatoes and pasta dishes

Simple to set up and easy to operate, we offer our franchisees full support and an affordable cost of entry. In addition we are setting Management Service Fees at a low rate for franchisees joining before summer 2012.

With sites in prestigious locations including New Oxford Street, London and the iconic Meadowhall shopping centre, Sheffield, and with more planned for 2012, we have shown that we know how to secure prime locations and have already identified future opportunities.

Franchise Opportunities

Kiosk

Kiosk opportunities range from shopping centres to offices to transport hubs and beyond. The design is simple, unique and flexible, ensuring we can appeal to landlords whilst offering customers the Nosh experience on a smaller scale.

Entry costs can start from as little as £50,000 + VAT.

Mall Cafes

Mall cafés directly target shopping centres, taking advantage of un-used mall space. This is a significant opportunity to provide the best that Nosh has to offer with a minimum of 30 seats. We are already advanced in discussions with a number of leading shopping centre landlords and see this as an area of significant growth.

Entry costs can start from as little as £70,000 + VAT.

Shop Franchise

The shop franchise model focusses on traditional outlets and properties, targeting growth in major metropolitan centres such as London, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.

The premises chosen will determine the full investment required, but typically it will be between £100,000 and £160,000 + VAT.

Regional Franchise

The Regional Franchise Manager opportunity is available to individuals who have experience in catering or retail. The Regional Manager will have a geographical location in which they can develop the Nosh brand. Providing guidance and support to franchise owners in the territory, the Regional Franchise Manager will also help to recruit new franchise owners.

Restricted territories are available from £100,000 + VAT.

I'm Interested. Where Do I Go From Here?

If you can access liquid funds of a minimum of £25k (kiosk), you should be able to raise the remainder with our support from our partner commercial banks. We can also help with lease finance companies.

We will help you find a site using our contacts, and where we do not have an option immediately available will use our team of experts to find the right solution. We'll be with you every step of the way, from negotiating with landlords and arranging shop fit design to training and ongoing support once you are up and running.

Experience in retail or catering is not essential, all you need is the right attitude.
