O’Briens sandwich bar opens its 120th cafe

O’Briens sandwich bar, a hand made sandwich and gourmet coffee franchise, has launched its 120th café in the UK at Crystal Peaks shopping centre, Sheffield as part of its nationwide summer expansion plans.

O’Briens sandwich bar franchise partners, John Irvin and Stephen Ashley of Parkridge Ltd, are behind the launch and have run the Scottish Master Franchise for over 10 years. The duo has launched over 40 outlets north of the border, so far.

John Irvin commented that they were immediately attracted to the location at Crystal Peaks that has undergone significant expansion and refurbishment in recent years. O’Briens Sandwich Bar’s presence in Yorkshire is well established through the outlets at York, Leeds and Sheffield itself at Chapel Walk. This new shopping centre location will boost the brand across the region. John also commented that as this is a busy spot, their 104-seat express style café will provide customers with not only great choice but also quick turn around on the orders. This includes an extended hot offer like pastries and quiches.

Neil Wilson, Crystal Peaks’ centre manager said that they were too pleased to welcome O’Briens in their community. O’Briens provides comfortable and attractive environment where customers can relax and take a break from their shopping.
