Overseas Keys manage and rent privately owned villas and apartments for owners who have invested in a property overseas.

We currently operate throughout Spain and Cyprus and will shortly add Portugal.

A successful Overseas Keys territory with 100 properties under management will deliver in excess of €100,000 annual turnover for the franchise owner. Importantly for a couple working together the majority of the turnover can be pure income.

Originally a Co-operative Group company, part of the co-operative travel and the brainchild of Kenney Richardson, who although very happy to sit inside one of the UK's best loved brands, could see that the successful future of the business would come from greater independence.

The break came two years ago when Kenney bought the Co-op's share of the company and set out to build a business that would be a leading supplier of privately owned villas and apartments as holiday rental stock to the travel professional.

Operating in over thirty resorts and developments on four Spanish Costas and seven resort developments in Cyprus, Overseas Keys are now one of the most respected suppliers of properties for holiday rental to the travel trade, working closely with the biggest names in holiday travel.

Having piloted a very successful franchise in Cyprus, Overseas Keys are now poised for major expansion all over Europe and the rest of the world.

Start up from £7,500-£20,000 dependant on entry level and territory. Franchise millionaires are the ones who get in at the start. Are You The Ideal Profile?

Building a new life abroad is a big thing and should not be entered into lightly.
It is something that many people dream of but few successfully achieve. We can help you successfully make the transition, 80% of our people are British Ex Pats who have done just that.

We don't need you to fill in a fancy psychological profile; the most important thing is for you to be honest with yourself.

Our most successful territories are run by 'partner' teams made up of any combination of husband and wife, life partners or individuals where between the two individuals the following attributes are manifest.

• Sales experience
• Natural networking skills
• Good administration/management skills
• Handy around the house i.e. can put shelves up
• Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and put your hand up the U bend if required
• And most importantly an enthusiasm and capacity for hard work!

Language, family circumstances or previous experience are not barriers. There is no reason why Mum, Dad, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, friends and associates cannot work in the business.

Equally we would not discount an individual who has some of the above attributes and is prepared to employ people who can fill in the gaps.
