Platinum Property Partners had fast first year growth with 30 franchise partners operating in its network.
PPP franchise partners are following their own business model. They are building high value portfolios and purchasing buy-to-let properties nationwide. Hence, they are turning the current slump in the property market upside down. Over £25 million of property in the UK will have been bought by PPP franchise. Next year this figure is set to rise to £50 million.
According to Steve Bolton and Nick Carlile, successful entrepreneurs and property investors, the primary goal for each of their franchise partners is to achieve financial freedom through property investing. This will help them to get a regular and reliable source of monthly income through a proven business model. They also obtain an essential business asset i.e. their property portfolio, which will provide a comfortable pension for their retirement. Many of them are concentrating on their property portfolios full time and have given up their previous careers.
PPP owns Platinum Investment Partners and is a part of the Platinum Partners Group. Financial support to orphanages in Uganda and India is provided by the Platinum Partners Group, along with community projects within the UK. With 10 per cent of all profits going to charity, their mission statement and group’s code of ethics is ‘Be more, Do more, Have more and Give more'.
