This would provide the Rooferman franchise network has the opportunity to provide the same high level of customer service and professionalism to domestic clients requiring maintenance work as is normally demanded by the larger corporate client.

Rooferman's unique selling is that the principle focus is on the client, offering a fixed price menu covering the majority of maintenance or roofing repairs. Arriving in a fully liveried vehicle, fully equipped with the correct tools and equipment, capable of handling credit card/debit card transactions, and offering all our clients 30 days guarantee against faulty workmanship or material.

What is the Market Outlook?

Rooferman's target market consists of domestic households, small businesses, owners of property portfolio's and housing associations. With over 25 million households in the UK, the potential in the domestic market alone is substantial, to say the least. This huge market place is further supplemented by the UK climate, and the changes we are experiencing, for example tornados in Birmingham and freak flash floods in West Yorkshire, could potentially see an increase in the need for roofing repairs which means that Franchise Owners are not just entering a stable, but a potentially expanding market.
