RUSH was created over 15 years ago by Directors Andy Phouli and Stell Andrew with a clear vision - providing high standards in hairdressing, education and customer service, whilst developing people to their full potential.

As a dynamic, forward thinking company, RUSH does its upmost to provide quality, creativity and professionalism in all that we do. Constantly pushing boundaries and evolving, our ambition is shared by those who work with us and we want you to help us grow further.

Join the RUSH Revolution

RUSH are looking for franchise owners from a management background and / or with experience in the hair and beauty sector, who have the passion, desire and financial capability to own their own salon. Franchise owners will need a minimum investment of £50,000 + VAT. RUSH will assist you with the remainder of the funding and help you through every step to realising your dream, from site selection and writing the business plan, through to salon design and shop fit and company formation.

Support Services

The RUSH Operations team provide continuous on-going support throughout the lifetime of your franchise. This includes weekly monitoring and monthly 1-2-1 meetings at Director level.

RUSH head office will also provide support that covers accounts, HR, customer services and marketing.

Andy Phouli believes that in order to have a successful 'creative' business, its foundations need to be firmly set in a robust and 'commercially viable' business plan. To be good with a pair of scissors and a comb is simply not enough. RUSH will keep an eye on all financial aspects of your partnership salon.

Education and marketing are equally important in the RUSH formula. Our academies and Education team ensure you reach your potential as effortlessly as possible. The Business Education Programme (BEP) provides a range of courses that develop the next generation of Receptionists, Managers and potential franchise owners. Marketing is everything to RUSH - our dedicated Marketing team live and breathe the salons, the clients and their continued success, and our ability to launch a new salon is second to none.
