Stenders' long-term aim for the UK is to have 100 shops operating nationwide. A single unit franchise will cost £18,950 plus premise costs and a Master Franchise costs £100,000. Potential franchisees do not need retail experience as the company will provide a training package, however franchisees will need to demonstrate enthusiasm for the products and motivation to build a successful business. Excellent customer service and people skills are a must as well as the ability to develop and lead a team of employees.
