SureCare Brings Parsons On Board To Help Drive Expansion
Leading care company SureCare has appointed an experienced Business Development Manager as part of its plans for growth. Robert Parsons has worked extensively in the care sector during the past 10 years in a number of roles including business development and branch management.
Before joining SureCare, Parsons was business development manager for Archangel Homecare in Staffordshire, where he was responsible for setting up a new domiciliary care agency for the company as well as investigating new areas for expansion.
Parsons, 34, will be responsible for supporting SureCare franchises in the North of England with business development while also recruiting new SureCare Local micro franchises.
SureCare Local franchises enable people to become franchisees of smaller territories with costs typically starting at £8,995 plus working capital. SureCare launched its first SureCare Local in York at the end of last year and will open a second one in Chester later this month.
The new appointment also follows the acquisition of SureCare by Managing Director Gary Farrer in November. Farrer, who had been MD for two years, acquired the business from Housing & Care 21.
Under Farrer’s leadership, SureCare has hugely expanded the range of care and home services its franchisees can offer clients to include personal care and support, home services, respite and holiday care, Dementia care, childcare, babysitting, mobile crèche and children’s nurseries.
