The Opportunities

Master Developer

• Exclusivity within the Market
• Works to a Development Schedule
• Ability to Sub Franchise after one year of operation
• Owns at least 35% of all Restaurants in the market
• Invests in infrastructure to support sub franchise owners
• Shares revenue from sub franchising with Texas Chicken
• Pays a Territory Fee for the exclusive right to the revenue stream from operations and sub franchising in a defined territory
• Pays full Magnagement Service Fee to Texas Chicken on company operated restaurants

Area Developer

• Exclusivity within the Market
• Works to a Development Schedule
• Owns all Restaurants in the area
• Pays a Territory Fee for the exclusive right to the revenue stream from operations in a defined territory
• Pays full royalty to Church's on company operated restaurants
• Keeps 100% of all profits from the operation of the restaurants

Single Unit Franchise Owner

• Exclusivity within a defined distance of their location
• May own one or more restaurants
• Pays a Franchise Fee for the exclusive right to the revenue stream from their restuarant(s)
• Pays full Management service Fee to Texas Chicken on company operated restaurants
• Keeps 100% of all profits from the operation of the restaurants
