The Pest Company is looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who wish to run their own pest control franchise, with an expected turnover between £54,000 - £90,000* in its first year.

No previous pest control experience is necessary as all the required knowledge and skills are covered in our comprehensive training programme. All franchise owners will be working towards achieving a Level Two accreditation through the British Pest Control Association (BPCA).

Role Of The Franchise Owner

As The Pest Company franchise owner, you have the maximum potential for success as the business model is already proven and you will fully supported throughout the various stages of your business. The pest control industry also represents significant growth opportunities.

You will need a vehicle to operate your business and, after attending a comprehensive training course at head office, you will be fully conversant in all aspects of running the business. You will also attend a British Pest Control Association accredited course and will receive a Level Two pest control accreditation through the BPCA, once you have successfully completed the exam.

You will be responsible for all financial aspects of the business and raising and collecting invoices. The Pest Company has established a network of suppliers who will be able to supply the products across the franchise network. As The Pest Company franchise owner you will be awarded your own specific territory to build your business – each territory reflects the same opportunity.

About Us

Founder and owner James Mills established The Pest Company in November 2006 specifically with franchising in mind.

James has been a leading figure in the pest control industry since 1992 and owned Ace Pets Control Ltd for 11 years, before launching The Pest Company to establish the business systems and processes necessary for franchising the business successfully.

About You

No pest control experience is necessary, as full training will be provided all aspects of the business. We are looking for the right candidates to own The Pest Company franchise and ideally you will meet the following criteria:

• Can finance the capital necessary to purchase the franchise and provide the initial working capital
• Self motivated
• Prepared to follow a proven system
• Prepared to operate in a 'hands on' manner
• Strong will to succeed
• Tenacious and prepared to work hard
• Organised with good communication skills
