Triple Two have been incredibly supportive throughout my franchise process. As a franchisee based in London but opening outside of London, we needed extra support from the Triple Two team to ensure a successful launch.
The level of support from the team was way in excess of what I could have imagined. Triple Two were on site daily for the 3 weeks prior to open, they allocated 2 coffee trainers to train my team 1 week prior to opening and also 2 weeks post opening and our operations manager was incredible throughout the process delivering on recruitment, training and overall support for the store. The marketing launch was a huge success where we had a queue of over 80 people waiting for the doors to open and had a local celebrity come to cut the ribbon adding extra exposure for the store launch. We have since been provided with an exciting & extensive Christmas marketing pack which details all of the information about the upcoming Triple Two Christmas launch and marketing plan.
Since opening the team have been visiting the site daily to ensure our store is continuing to improve and standards are being maintained. A level 5 food hygiene rating was awarded and that was largely due to the systems and manuals in place by the Triple Two Franchise.
The products are exactly as we knew they would be, fantastic coffee that is overwhelmingly preferred by consumers to the likes of Costa, Starbucks and Cafe Nero as well as amazing fresh food.... The all-day offering Triple Two has, provides a great average spend compared to the other coffee chains, with breakfast food, pasta, salads, sandwiches, wraps, toasties, blitzes being just a few of the products on offer...not dissimilar to the aspired range of Pret a Manger.
We highly recommend Triple Two Coffee as a franchise and are looking forward to building our portfolio of stores with them over the coming months and years.
