Q: What Was your first impression of Kaspa’s?
A: Kaspa’s is a friendly company, they know what there doing. Customers come back to Kaspa’s because it’s a combination of staff, customer service, great desserts and a vibrant atmosphere.
Q: How did you find the Franchise opening process?
A: It’s always hard when you open a business but with Kaspa’s they guide you through the whole process. We opened our doors in September, we were full up with queues outside day in and day out. Our customers are so diverse. From couples on a date, family outings with grandparents, lunchtime all the mums are in, after school all the kids are in we really do have a wide variety of customers.
Q: What would you say to anybody looking to Franchise with Kaspa’s?
A: Opening a new business is very hard work but when you open the doors and have got queues outside, your full on and busy its great. It makes it all worthwhile. I could see by looking into Franchises that Kaspa’s offered the support and experience that I had been looking for.
