Award-winning Availl is a management franchise providing high quality care and support to adults in their own home and temporary staffing to care homes. The franchise owner will recruit and manage care staff, and drive the growth of their business with uncompromising standards.

To be an ambassador for all things Availl. The franchise owner does not need care experience. Assistance can be given to recruit and train a Registered Manager, employed by the franchise owner.
Training Provided:
The initial training is staged to cover every function required to run the business. Additional training is also provided as and when required.
Training Location:
Training days during the first week are held at Availl’s Care Quarters in Cambridge. The remainder of the initial training takes place at the franchise owner’s premises. Additional training may be held throughout the UK.
Support Services:
Availl’s franchise support team will assist with recruitment, training, marketing, business development, service delivery, payroll, invoicing, accounting and compliance. On-going support and guidance is provided with the aim to grow a successful and financially secure business. National and regional meetings are held to build strong working relationships, generate new ideas and promote good practice.
