Minster is a management franchise providing an essential business-to-business service, which is the management of office cleaning and allied services under contract. We provide each client with personnel, equipment and Minster’s own expert management systems.

You will need management experience, business acumen, self-motivation and an understanding of finance. You should have the determination and confidence to build up a successful, profitable local business.
One week of initial training, including marketing system, operational management, administration and accounting.
