The Alternative Board is one of the world’s leading franchisors of peer board advisory and coaching solutions.


Ideal Franchise Owner:
Minimum 10 years of senior level business experience working in executive level position or consulting with business owners or top level management. Possess excellent communication skills, self-confident, a take-charge personality, a desire to control own destiny. Personable and persuasive.


Training Provided:
Initial programme of six days and an advanced course of two to three days within a month; then training support during launch period, monthly coaching as well as peer franchise owner boards and two conferences per annum.


Training Location:
Harrogate, England and some conferences in Denver, Colarado, USA.


Support Services:
Invoicing, billing and collection services are undertaken for franchise owners. Satellite website support is part of package. Access to library of resources and intranets. A membership and franchise owner rewards scheme.
