The role of the franchisee is primarily two fold; to secure and develop new/existing business and manage the delivery of the service to customers.
Envirocare provide the methodology, materials and support to secure business and it is up to the franchisee to develop the relationships with customers to retain and grow the customer base. Sales opportunities are always evolving as customers are often looking for a better quality and more reliable service and the sales; marketing and quoting materials provide a very professional image which is not commonplace in the industry. Primary selling time is through early Spring into Summer but, contracts are often secured outside this time and the Autumn/Winter provides a great opportunity to deliver additional services such as gritting and snow clearance, planting and hard landscaping.
Envirocare franchisees run busy commercial gardening businesses focusing on the business, industrial and utility markets, with the likes of business parks, medical facilities, property management companies, residential care homes, hotels and restaurants as clients. Grounds maintenance operatives employed by the franchisee offer a range of flexible maintenance programmes throughout the year, including: Grass cutting , Hedge cutting and pruning, Weed control , Servicing paths and hard standing , Maintenance of flower and shrub beds, Landscaping and planting and Winter maintenance .
