One of the UK’s most rapidly growing hybrid estate agencies has reported a 69% surge in online sales valuation enquiries within just three weeks of engaging Carol Smillie as a brand ambassador.

EweMove Sales & Lettings made the decision to partner with Smillie, renowned for her role with the BBC’s Changing Rooms series, as part of their strategic growth plans. Glenn Ackroyd, Head Shepherd of EweMove, explained, “We’re absolutely delighted to have connected with such a high profile property personality.”

On the back of the influx of new enquiries, we’ve had two consecutive record months for new property listings and that’s helped us to smash past 1,000 live properties for the first time and we look set to break 1,500 in the next quarter.”

Since launching as a hybrid franchise in 2014, EweMove has experienced phenomenal growth. The current tally of 85 branches is set to increase to 100 by the end of 2016, with a growing pipeline of new franchisees already signed up to launch during the second half of the year.
