#ChipsAway launches TV advertising campaign
After running a TV ad campaign last year with huge success, ChipsAway has now filmed a second, which is soon to appear on national TV.
The advert shows how ChipsAway invests to try and help its franchisees. The ad will raise awareness about the brand and should see improved business for all franchisees as a consequence.
The campaign will begin later this month on a number of digital channels. A few on which it will appear are ITV4, Dave and Gold. ChipsAway’s chief executive, Lloyd Evans, was certain that the campaign would prove successful, saying:
We are confident that our powerful new television advert will generate substantially increased levels of new business for our UK wide network of specialists.
In July last year, the ChipsAway national call centre took 11,000 repair enquiries after the first ad started running.
ChipsAway uses its own repair system and is the market leader when it comes to on the spot vehicle paintwork repairs. Franchisees make use of branded vehicles which are kitted out as mobile workshops, allowing them to deal with all sorts of scratches and dents. The lower overheads allow ChipsAway to charge a fraction of what might be expected at a conventional repair shop.
